The owner wanted to convert their existing garage into an accessory dwelling unit. They wanted to maintain the existing charm of the house and have minimal exterior changes.
This project included parcel research and coordinating with the planning department.
The ADU provides a tranquil place to stay in the heart of Santa Barbara.
