Hourly consultations to help you make decisions, work through challenges, or plan your next steps. Perfect for clients in the early stages of a project, curious what their possibilities are, or unsure of where to start!

AS-BUILT DRAWINGS​

Noninvasive documentation of existing, visible architectural elements. These drawings are for design use only and are ideal for homeowners, realtors, designers, or contractors who need a base to explore from. Drawings do not include structural, mechanical, or electrical systems hidden within walls or floors. ​

PROJECT MANAGEMENT & PERMITTING​

Research, drawing preparation, and submittal guidance for navigating the permitting process and local zoning codes. Coordination with consultants, contractors, and city officials. ​​

TYPICAL RATES​

Our standard rate is $80/hour. As-builts range from $0.80/SF - $1.15/SF. Flat fee options available for projects with clearly defined scopes. Every project is different, let's talk about your goals and build a plan that fits!
